Brianna is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), who has a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Brianna supports both individuals and couples in building confidence, gaining clarity, and improving their overall well-being. She has a special interest in helping people work through relationship challenges—whether with partners, family, friends, or in the workplace—and in supporting clients managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Brianna is attachment-focused and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
