Dawn is a psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health and addictions. She has worked with military personnel, RCMP members, veterans, and individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. With a background in nursing and advanced training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), she takes an integrated approach to supporting emotional well-being. Dawn also incorporates mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build resilience and manage life's challenges.
